Project Summary:   First on the city’s blighted list, then slated for demolition, Felicity Street entered into a partnership with the owner, Marco Outdoor Advertising, and neighbors, Parkway Partners, to renovate the building.  It is currently home of Felicity Street Redevelopment Project, Young Leadership Council (YLC) and Relocate New Orleans. The land is used for Parkway Partners' Urban Tree Project.
